No instructions came with the SENSE. No url, no diagram of watch functions and how to get to them, no diagram of correct orientation of charger (OK, there are only 4 choices, but...), no bar code to scan with your phone. NOTHING!
When plugged into charger, watch face read "Download app" in about 12 languages. I did so on my phone but couldn't connect to the SENSE Bluetooth. After much frustration, I contacted a helpful person on the phone who told me I had to update the SENSE operating system and walked me through how to do so. I have since seen several reviews mention that it's ridiculous having to update a brand new product. Agreed.
I have used Fitbit trackers before and do not remember any problems. My last two fitness trackers were Garmins and I didn't have any trouble at all installing them. Not a tech expert but usually don't have any problems installing software or hardware.

Thanks. Yes, I eventually found all that but I should not have had to search.

Glad you found it @sdallen . When I buy anything these days, there is a link to the website for additional information. My new tv, toaster oven, cell phone - everything now seems to have their complete information online. Anyway, now that you've settled in a bit, check out the links in my signature for some other areas of the forums you might enjoy.
