Can anyone tell me what the numbers mean when I get a heart rate notice

@rickfitz   Those numbers are the lowest and highest heart rates measured during that time period.  Help article  I think you can tap on those individual tiles and see more details.  I never received a notification, so I don't know what the details screen looks like.

For comparison, I have a low resting heart rate, so I turned on the low heart rate alert just to see how well it works.  I can tap on those tiles and get more details.
