New FitBit Sense Black Screen - can't hard reset

I bought a new Sense for my daughter and two weeks in it won't turn on, won't hard reset, nothing.  Charged it fully Sunday night, by Monday afternoon just black screen.  I've tried different chargers, tried cleaning the charge holes, nothing will work.

Hi, @Mdanders, welcome, allowing you have checked your "Sense" is charged, I recommend you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

Thanks - tried charging with a different cord (we have multiple Sense devices in our home) - no difference.
