My new Sense has been misbehaving. Left the watch on the table and after a few hours, it records over 4000 steps!! I have restored the watch to factory setting, uninstalled and reinstalled the app in my phone, yet, nothing doing!! This is super disappointing. Please how do I resolve this issue

Unfortunately, there's nothing on your end that you can do to correct the steps. You will need to contact Support directly and get in touch with the tech support team. They can be reached via the "Help" link at the bottom of this page.
