Hi @Troy.111111 - normally placing it on the charger should start it. There may be a plastic on the back to remove?
There should be some residual battery enough to start it with a button push, however it's not a button that you can push with a finger nail.
Worn on the left arm squeeze the watch between the fleshy part of your thumb and first finger.
If the battery is flat and it's still not charging, try connecting to a computer port to charge it.
It could be an already faulty charge cable - check the items here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Failing that probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If the watch is faulty get a refund. That way you can buy a new one.
