I can’t seem to get my sense controls to connect via Bluetooth with my phone. Any tips?

It only connects when needed.

Try controlling music on your phone with the watch and see if that works, if it does then its working fine.

Hi @Tfoley are you saying that you are unable to pair Sense Controls to the phones Bluetooth?

At what step does the failure occur?

Yes. It paired the first time I tried but now I go to the Bluetooth settings on my phone and it says unable to connect.

Pairing is managed by the fitbit app, not the user, or through the phones Bluetooth.

The first time after setting up the tracker, the fitbit app requested permission to pair.

If the tracker is still connected to your fitbit account, open the fitbit app and wait for the app to request to pair. The tracker dies not have to show as a trusted device for a sync to occur.
