Hi @Ke11s - try chat with Fitbit ,via the app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact customer support. They can probably sort it.

Please be advised that if you are a first time Premium member, you will receive a 3 months Premium trial and once it expires you will also receive the 6 moths Premium trial that is included in your device.
