I bought a FitBit Sense a few days ago for two main reasons, and I've since discovered that FitBit can't deliver on either - no ECG and no SpO2 on demand!
I paid extra for a Sense over a Versa 3 because of the ECG function. Turns out that was a total waste of money for an Australian resident.
I'm a pilot and I like to keep track of my O2 sat while at altitude, but the Sense can't give me an instant reading.
To add insult to injury, the Apple watch can do both these things. It's my fault for not reading the fine print on these features, but I certainly feel ripped off. What a waste of money.

Take it back. I had no idea they don’t work in Australia! I had not tried those features yet. That’s false advertising! That’s the reason I bought the sense also as I had a versa 2. Mine won’t sync now even after all trouble shooting. I’m considering taking mine back also. So angry as all my other fitbits I’ve had have worked fine. I should have changed to apple.

@tdx - I’m not sure why you feel ripped off.
