No Outlook notifications on Sense

I have just bought a Sense and it's working quite well so far. However, my work has forced me to switch from Gmail to Outlook for email, and I can't seem to get Outlook notifications to work on my Sense.

I have Gmail set as the default email (for my other accounts) and Outlook notifications enabled in the app, but they aren't being passed to my Sense.

How can I resolve this? I have rebooted the phone, and toggled the toggles and forced a sync, but still no joy.

@geejaytee  try the following: in the app tap on profile icon/picture (top left); under devices, select sense; under general (beneath the tiles) select notifications; select app notifications - there you can select apps including non-default email client.

Check also that on the sense that do not disturb has not has not been selected settings/quite modes/do not disturb.

I have notifications from Outlook (and a few other apps) enabled in the Fitbit app. I have gone through and enabled some more to see if it's specific to Outlook or whether it's more general

Those other notifications got forwarded correctly, so it does seem to be an issue with Outlook notifications. When I have them silenced, I don't get notifications, but when I have them to play a sound, I do get them forwarded on.

ETA: what I mean is that they pop up as notifications, but don't play a sound when they do when I say they're silenced, not that I don't get the notifications on the phone.
