No SpO2 readings since latest firmware update

Firmware updated a few days ago and haven't had an SpO2 reading since. Restarted my Sense which usually works. This didn't work.  Deleted it and re-uploaded it to my phone and deleted and downloaded the app. Nothing. Very frustrated with such intermittent readings since June. Have had the Sense since it came out and it was fairly reliable until the last 2 updates.  Looking to possibly switch to the new Galaxy watch when it comes out in the fall. Have used Fitbit for as long as they've been on the market and have always been happy with the product until I purchased the Sense. Very disappointing.

Hi @Lifecoach84.

Have you checked to see if the SpO2 app is still installed on your Sense? There's a possibility it could have somehow been uninstalled.

Open the fitbit app on your phone - tap your profile picture - tap you your device (Sense) - tap on the apps tile - make sure the Sense tab at the top is selected - now scroll down through the list to see if the SpO2 app is installed. Even if it is, it might be worth uninstalling it and the installing it again.
