Watch displays "No weather data available, sync the Fitbit mobile app to update"
The SimpleCheckUP app on the watch confirms the watch is synced and connected and running the latest firmware 44.128.5.38.
Cleared cache, forced stop the Fitbit App, logged out, checked weather permissions, all ok.
Its not possible to uninstall and reinstall the Weather app, also the Settings portion of the Weather app in Fitbit Apps has nothing displayed.
Restarted phone. and Shutdown watch and clean started with the charger.
What else to do?

@lablover55 never been necessary on Android, and far too complicated to redo all the setup again.
Easier to not use it. Will just add it to the list of things that don't work properly.
