No letters are showed on my fitbit sense

All the icons are showing on my fitbit sense, but there is no stats, when i go in to settings there is no options, letters, numbers etc. all digits have disappeared?

Hi @RuneN - your watch OS has become corrupted and will need a factory reset.

Chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
