Neither on device nor app. Anyone know why or how to fix this? There’s no icon so I can’t follow instructions and set this up. So bizarre. I’m on iOS.

I don’t know. I don’t think so? I just switched from the Versa to the Sense a couple days ago.

By 5pm PST this firmware was released to all. You should have the option to upgrade the firmware.

@Tizeroo please open settings app on your sense, scroll to about, tap, then tap System Info and check the version number. It should say 44.128.4.15.

You have to go into settings on the device and go to vibration and audio, scroll down and under music controls and on wrist calls you'll see "sense controls" turn that on. 

 

Then go to Bluetooth settings in your phone and allow it to pair with sense controls. So your sense will be paired as well as sense controls. Then on wrist calls will work.
