Hi my brand new fresh out of the box today and it won’t connect to iPhone Bluetooth. I have switched off all other Bluetooth connections restarted my phone and watch and my watch has a big Red Cross on the face saying Data note cleared sync and try again 😕 try what !!! Help please

Have a look at the advice given here In Bluetooth forget or unpair the device Restart the watch In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Click on remove icon [top right] Return one level Click + Set up a device Follow the installation instructions |
