Should have known better. Why does fitbit have so many issues. New Sense won't stay connected or sync. Tried to unpair and now it isn't even being recognized. It was connected and working with my android phone for less than a month now it will not connect. Even did a factory reset and after several attempts got it paired just 3 hours later it synced one last time and it seems completely invisible again and restarting isn't working.

Hi I have had the same problem for 5 days now arghhhhh .....just wont keep synced to my iPhone and now its loosing time, yesterday am it was 11 minuets behind time and now its 12:16 & Sense says 11:59!!!!! Plus alarm didn't go off on my watch yesterday or today. Not receiving text messages or agenda items....or phone calls....
The support from Fitbit is absolutely abysmal... Im totally disgusted with them........they suggest going onto the Fitbit Community.... not a great sales pitch when you see all the issues folks are having with there individual Fitbit's!!!!
I have tried to do a "Chat" with Fitbit support... but its says "Chat popup is blocked" !!!!!
Bought it in March 2021 ....£300 for a Sense Watch that has had 2 major issues since its been purchased... Im not a happy bunny... Last time .. 4 weeks after purchase they wanted to send me a "re-furbished watch!!!" but I managed to get it working again, but now its just not syncing, losing data and losing time so cant even wear it as an ordinary watch now!!!
Im gong to ask for a total refund... if only I can find how to actually contact them and ask for details of how to do it!!!! (Not daft are they!!)

I have exactly the same issues for at least 3 weeks now, fed up of ringing support to be told same thing all the time then it happens again. Really regret purchasing this as no issues with older fit bits.
