Best AnswerYes I reinstalled the watch and the app. Still no joy
Best AnswerHello @TrevAusIre
I hope I’m correct in assuming your phone Poco m4 4g is an Android. If so try this. Go to your phones settings then tap apps. Find Fitbit in the list of App and tap it. Now tap storage then tap “clear cache”. Go back to the Fitbit app, sync your Fitbit then look to see if the issue is corrected.
🤞 Hopefully this provides you with an answer
Best AnswerHi MegaBite, just tried that and getting the same. Thanks for trying though
Best AnswerHello again @TrevAusIre
I found this article with some tips on dealing with the issue your experiencing here: https://www.republicworld.com/technology-news/gadgets/notification-service-not-running-on-fitbit-her.... Maybe it might help. I’m truly hoping so. In the meantime I’ll continue to see what I can find to help out. If any of the steps in the article work please let me know as it will help others as well
Best AnswerHi MegaBite,
Thanks I tried what was suggested and still getting the same 😭
Best AnswerHello @TrevAusIre
I apologize for taking so long to get back to you. Please try this: Go to your phone settings, scroll down and tap App then find Fitbit in the list of apps and tap it. Now scroll down and tap Battery. Make sure no No Restrictions (or unrestricted) is enabled.
😉 Please let me know if this helped or not.
Best AnswerHi MegaBite,
Thanks I've done that with no joy. I ended up speaking to 5 Fitbit 24 hour help technicians yesterday, still no joy! I have been referred to a higher power! I will let you know how I get on. Appreciate your help
