Previous topics are closed. However my Sense will periodically stop receiving notifications. When I go to the app notification settings it says the following, "Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". A restart does resume notifications, but eventually the issue happens again. I'm using the app on a Samsung Galaxy S10 with the latest version of Android available to S10's. I saw a post here where it said that someone was working on an issue with this message ~3 years ago and was wondering if a solution was found.

Hi @EricG53 - the new V4 Fitbit App can lose connection with the watch and when that happens you will no longer get notifications.
If you want to confirm this use the SimpleCheckUp app which will show you on the watch what is happening.

I'm having the same issue. I've restarted my phone and the smartwatch about 20 times, reinstalled the app, and it's still not working. This has been happening for about a week now, and I'm not receiving any notifications on my watch. Could someone please help me with this?
