I bought a sense this week but not satisfied with the watch...
My watch is perfectly connected with sense controls and sense via bluetooth but i don't receive any calls on wrist..
I have done all the instructions from app but still no response
I was expecting this to be my best investment but I'm unsatisfied with the features.. sorry for such words but my experience in didn't gave any good vibes

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Are you using Android or iOS and are you getting all your other notifications?

Did you set up the "Sense Controls" for On-wrist calls?
Open the Fitbit app, account settings (top left corner), Sense, On-wrist calls.

Why is this answer marked as best answer? It’s not even an answer, the question still remains ‘why don’t on-wrist calls work reliably?’
Well, I have answer: I’ve been using the sense since last year and the ‘Sense Controls’ connection is extremely unreliable and will disconnect 99% of the time. So basically, this feature has been underdeveloped and you won’t get it working until FitBit decide to fix it!

Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.
They will disconnect 99.9999% of the time unless needed.

Hi everyone. @eezeepee and @Clove6060 Thanks for your great help!
@RealSting Thanks for joining this thread and sharing your thoughts about this feature. Before anything else, let me explain that because this is a public forum, other users might have marked it as the Best Answer. However, I understand your point of view and I've unmarked so you and other members can continue receiving help.
About your question, as our friend mentioned, the Sense Controls will connect as soon as you receive a call. However, it might remain as not connected the rest of the time to prevent the battery from discharging. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend reviewing this help article which explains more about this feature and some troubleshooting steps to get it working correctly.
