Pixel 6 Pro and Fitbit App Phone Battery Drain

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I got a sense for chrsitmas and today the Fitbit app trained 25% of my battery in < 12 hours.  This is more than 50% than keeping the phone screen on!

This app has rendered my phone that could go for at least 1 1/2 days without a charge to needing a charge before the end of the night.  This is completely unacceptable.  I have searched the forums and found no help or updates.

At this point I am highly considering getting this returned ASAP.

I am talking about my phone battery being drained, not the sense battery.

@Doctor_Batman- ah, the issue could be a sync problem with the app constantly trying to connect. Check that the watch is syncing well.

One way to confirm if this is the problem is to temporarily turn the phone's Bluetooth off and see if the battery lasts longer.

I use my Bluetooth for many other things so shutting this off is not a
solution.

@Doctor_Batman- you only need turn it off temporarily to see if battery usage improves. Otherwise all the other functions will stop.
