I cannot find how to return this thing (Sense) for credit. It is so hobbled in it's features as to be close to useless.
1) I have had it only a few days
2) It is in perfect condition
3) Can it be returned for credit?
4) If so, how?

Let me help you with returning your Fitbit Sense. You can return it for a refund if you purchase it from the Fitbit online store and are within the first 45 days from the purchase date as stated in our Returns and Warranty policy. If you purchase it from a different place then you need to contact that retailer for instructions.
Please let me know if you purchase it from Fitbit so I can create a ticket with our Support team for you.

Yes, please create a ticket so I can return this. It just does not meet my needs as is and I cannot wait for improvements that may or may not come.
