I've read through the community but cannot see for those who want do "jeffing " (I.e. running with walk intervals) there is an option to do this that 1) doesn't require you to set a goal, I.e. I just want to do 4 min run, 1 min walk, not for a total set distance or total time and i want to be able to monitor total time elapsed throughout and 2) records it as a run allowing it to auto link to strava with the maps as all other runs do, recording it as interval workout with GPS produces map in fitbit but not recorded as run on strava
