No longer seeing notifications/messages on Sense. Still receive vibration when something comes in. Unable to swipe down, only left, right & up. Have tried restarting several times. Uninstall & installed app several times with no success.

Hi @SunsetRunner - if you are swiping down from the top of the watch and it is not working after a restart can you try a different clock face.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may take you through a factory reset or tell you what else to do.
