Sence Kilo Calory count incorrect

I have used fitbit for many years now .  My sense is not recording my exercise calories burnt correctly.  I exercise 5 days a week, high intensity.  But I sometimes have to do two workouts to get to be even close to 300 KCal.  I tested it today by putting my daughters Versa 3 and my sense on the same arm.  I exercised the same amount of time, my heart rate was the same - yet the sense recorded half the amount of K Cal burnt.

On the versa 3 : I trained for 56 minutes, at the time my heart rate was 158 beats, Cals were 368

On the Sense : I trained 56 minutes, at the time my heart rat was 155 beats, Cals were only 166.

How do I fix this?

Check your weight entry.  Obvious calorie burned differences are often caused by weight being entered greatly incorrectly.

Assuming daughter's Versa 3 was connected to her account, would not expect them to match exactly because of different ages, weight, etc. but probably would expect them to be closer than they were.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I had a Versa  before getting a Sense.  My weight and height was always the same as it is now on my Sense

.  And when I did high intensity training on the Versa my cals were correct.  I am now 52 years old, doing 5 days of very intense training, I can feel my heart rate is high and it is on the sense as well, exercise for over 40 - 45 minutes - and yet on the Sense my Cals stays in the 100's.

I understand that my daughter's versa was linked to her profile.  We are actually the same height and we weight roughly the same.  Just our age obviously change.  She is 24 and I am 52.

If we exercise the same time, at the same intensity with the same heart rate - why would the Sense be so radically low.  There is no way I just did 166 cals today.
