I went for a run this morning and Sense was fine.. got down to 9% battery so popped it on for a full charge. When I came to putting it back on. There was a constant red light on the back, no green flashing anymore.. the heart rate wasn't reading... the screen keeps going blank and it keeps restarting with the Fitbit logo coming up every now and then. It SEEMS to be doing steps.. but apart from that it appears to have just gone... I have restarted.. shut down and started, restarted phone.... I have Googled and from what I am reading it's probably just on it's way out. It's JUST two years old so would have thought it would have lasted longer than that? Anyone else know of something I might be able to do to revive it? Oh also cleaned the back (which i do anyway regularly) it's really clean and been well looked after 😞 Thanks in advance for any help!
