I am angry because in 18 months I have had two charger pins go bad. Why does this happen? I have a sense and got this as a gift and nI look in the stores ton purchase and can only find off brands and they do not work either. Why do we buy things that just don’t last like this Fitbit? I tell everyone do not buy the sense because they do not last waste of money.

Hi, @Shellster677 welcome to the community, the charger cable pins issue is widely commented on, if you have a new "Sense" then "Customer Support" usually responds positively to a call. At 18 months I suggest you get a replacement on Amazon where they are available at a modest cost.
Cheers

What a crappy way to support your product- called in twice before finally getting an email saying i was not a candidate for warranty. Did not offer what to do other than to contact support which is some kid in Columbia who agreed with me but could not help. Reading the forums I see I have to buy a new charging cable and hope that solves my issue. I will never buy another product from them nor will I recommend Fitbit

I just replied to a post about "floors" being off, which I've lived with for MONTHS, but the real problem is the SENSE charger design with 4 pins. One Pin Inevitably retracts and cannot create the necessary contact for charging. The first cable lasted a few months shortly after purchase so was able to pursue warranty coverage. That one lasted a few months longer than the first one BUT I just had to purchase yet a THIRD CHARGING CABLE. The only way I will remain a FitBit customer is if I can RMA this one for full store credit for the next best thing - with a different charging system. Again, I can live with the erratic behavior of the Floor count, Resting Heart Rate, and Steps counted while I sit & lift weights, But it really needs to be charging. So, what will FitBit do???
