Sense - Cannot attach charger to fitbit

I have a Fitbit Sense and, as of today, the charging cable will not attach to it magnetically. What can I do?

Hi @durf786  - try rotating the charge cable in 90 degree increments till it attaches.

Generally the wire should be on the right side if the watch.

Please make sure that the pins on the charging cable and the Sense  are aligned .

If you are within. 1 yr of purchase you are in luck.... they will probably replace it.  If you are not under warranty, they will just give you a link to buy another one.  They are aware that the chargers are faulty bit still won't replace them for free if you owned the device for longer than 1 yr  (US)

My charger has one of the pins all the way in and since I've owned it for longer than a year my only option is to buy another charger myself..... even though this is a common problem.   I uave taken care of my device and charger and still it is not working.  Feel let down by fitbit

I already contacted fitbit team.  Since I bought my device 16 months ago.... It is no longer under warranty and I have to buy the charger myself. Fitbit team gave me the link to follow and pay for my own charger.  But I have now found out that it is a known problem even to the fitbit company.   So yes,  they helped me to find a place where I can solve my own problem and buy another low quality fitbit product .
