I have a Fitbit Sense and, as of today, the charging cable will not attach to it magnetically. What can I do?

Please make sure that the pins on the charging cable and the Sense are aligned .

If you are within. 1 yr of purchase you are in luck.... they will probably replace it. If you are not under warranty, they will just give you a link to buy another one. They are aware that the chargers are faulty bit still won't replace them for free if you owned the device for longer than 1 yr (US)
My charger has one of the pins all the way in and since I've owned it for longer than a year my only option is to buy another charger myself..... even though this is a common problem. I uave taken care of my device and charger and still it is not working. Feel let down by fitbit

Best AnswerI already contacted fitbit team. Since I bought my device 16 months ago.... It is no longer under warranty and I have to buy the charger myself. Fitbit team gave me the link to follow and pay for my own charger. But I have now found out that it is a known problem even to the fitbit company. So yes, they helped me to find a place where I can solve my own problem and buy another low quality fitbit product .
