I have spent alot of time trying to get this to sync with my Samsung s10 phone sometimes it connects but most of the time it doesn't I have followed all the reset instructions even started fitbit account from scratch and still does not work. I brought this watch to make my life easier. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to fix this issue apart from the reset options that are on help menu.

Hi @RochelleOld step 1 is to pair Sense Controls to the phone. Has this been done?
Realkt their is no reason to setup the tracker again, since Spence Controls get setup to the phone, not the fitbit app.

Hi Rich_Lane thanks for your reply I have done as you suggested and still no calls or messages come through, even when I eventually get it paired it will not work. Any other suggestions?

Just got my New Sense and wondering how it should be set up when I have hearing aids that use Bluetooth. And I have been using hearing aids for my phone calls.

@Rodmayo I think the best way to go about that is to test it out with your current settings and see if you can answer a phone call with your watch but have the audio go through your hearing aids. If the sound goes through the watch, which it might, then you have to go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone and turn off the phone calls options. Then test again.
