Sense ECG app availability

I bought the sense to get all the functions. It is written nowhere that some functions only work in few countries. I bought it in Dubai but I am living in Cote d’Ivoire. Can I return the watch? Way better to get an apple watch at least you know what you are paying for!

I'd like to let you know that the Fitbit ECG app on Fitbit Sense is available in certain countries. For the list of countries where the ECG app is available and for answers to frequently asked questions, see fitbit.com/ecg. 

I understand how much you'd like to use this feature. My best recommendation is to keep an eye on the Help Forums or the Press Release for future updates about this or any other feature availability.

If you prefer to return the device, I recommend reviewing our return policy if you purchased the device from fitbit.com. If it was from a retailer, you may check with them and follow their return instructions. If you require further assistance, you can contact our Support Team and they will be able to provide more details and information.
