Sense Frame is broken

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had this experience with their Sense or if it's just me.

I've owned my Sense since November 2020 and I, like most people have a love/hate relationship with it in regards to the HR not being accurate or some things not logging correctly but that's not my issue...This time.

On 6/18/21, the seal that holds my Sense screen to the body of the watch started to peel and fall out of the watch. It's slightly higher on the right side of the watch than the left, a small gap is there. I've never showered or swam with it and I barely wash dishes with it on so I'm quite annoyed and disappointed by this development. Has anyone else had this happen?

This is my first smartwatch and I got it to help me monitor my stats for a chronic illness. I expected to have a better experience and quality for the money I spent on this. I cannot return it to QVC and it is well past the warranty.

I would contact support, or QVC. The Sense was released 9 months ago and is still within its 1 (in the EU, 2 year) warranty.
