Greetings!
I've only had my Fitbit Sense for a few weeks now, so I'm still getting used to using it.
I've noticed that during EVERY workout, my heart rate is dropping erratically. This is causing me to push even harder, leaving that "fat burn" zone that I'm shooting for.
The heart rate will swing from 140 all the way down to 75, then stay low for nearly ten minutes then climb back up. This is happening during the entirety of my workouts, which is really frustrating for me.
I've tried cleaning the device, wearing it more snuggly, more loosely, fully charging it prior to workouts, etc. Nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions?

Nothing you can do. Sense is like that.

I reported the same problem yesterday. They say they're working on it.

@Checkmate57 good luck waiting 🙂 They've been "working on it" for over a year already 🙂

The same stuff happens to me. I restarted my watch yesterday which appeared to help, but today on my stationary bike while riding hard it'd show 120 at time, and even below 100 at times. I'd then move it slightly and it'd shoot up above 150 which is about what I'd expect based on my intensity. This has been happening the entirety of the time I've had my watch. It's pretty much impossible to hit zone minute goals with this watch which is absurd.
