Omg how bad is it!!!
went for a second walk today. Bit more vigorous. I had a polar h10 strap on and Apple Watch series 5. Apple Watch kept kept bang on with the Polar strap. Worst case about 3bpm out. I’m actually shocked considering how much i dislike apple how accurate it is. I always thought Apple Watch features were just gimmicks. And nothing was accurate. I’m actually blown away.
as for the Fitbit. Seriously think it just grabs numbers out of thin air. When I’m. Walking uphill - Fitbit showed I was in the 90s. Strap showed 140s and so did the Apple Watch!!!?! The difference was consistent on both the uphill stretch. I’m shocked at how bad the numbers on the Fitbit was. And before anyone trying to be smart says “it’s gotta be about two fingers from your wrist bone” it was. But guess what I didn’t even care where the Apple Watch went on.
Fitbit showed at the end avr 115bpm
polar showed 128 bpm!!
apple watch avr 128 bpm.
im done. How can it be this bad?!?
I urge all Uk sense customers to get in touch with Fitbit and ask them to explain how the HR monitor doesn’t work.

I have been dealing with this since I got the sense. It's wildly inaccurate. There are many forums where people have grabbed data to prove the inaccuracies. I am trying to get my money back at this point. Fitbit keeps replying with generic standard responses. I have been a fitbit die hard for years. Always buying the newest device. I have never had a problem like this with any other device. Sure the heart rate might be off by a few but this is ranging anywhere from 20-50 bmp off. It's now started telling me to keep up the pace while I'm sitting at my desk and not even moving. I check and my HR is 79. Hey Fitbit...wise up and fix this. Stop playing us for fools. You know this isn't working....own up to it!
