Sense - How do I get a readiness score?

I'm on Fitbit Premium.  When I look at the info it says "No Readiness Score/Please wear your device."

The only time I'm not wearing it is when it's charging.  So usually 24 hrs a day, unless I have to charge it for 30 minutes.  What do I do about this.  I absolutely want a Readiness Score!

Hi, @Rivercat773, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article What’s my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app? You will note you need to wear your device for at least 4 days. You will find that when you wake in the morning & open the Fitbit app (When it will sync) there will not be a score. Wait a little while and sync your phone app, (you will get an encouraging banner at the top of the screen) swipe up and you should see your sleep score and readiness score provided that you've been wearing your "Sense" for at least 4 days.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

My readiness score has not been working for WEEKS!!! Much communication with the Fitbit support team - no solution so far an now they have closed my case😡 !!

It had worked properly for months but oddly enough although I have no score in the morning if I click on the individual elements of the readiness score it shows each score individually but it doesn’t give the overall score ( just shows 0 score) - which is so frustrating !!!! Anyone else experiencing this?  Coincidentally ( or not?) this started day after renewing in full my annual subscription😡😡😡

@Dogmum , same here. I'm on Android, and Daily Readiness went down the drain with the last app update on march 24.

Thanks and very interesting indeed!  Mine stopped early February and I got nowhere via Fitbit support team - so much for paying my annual subscription upfront 😡, However, just checked my historical Readiness scores and surprise surprise all that data has gone - since 24 March -same day as yours stopped🤬🤬🤬.   Readiness was one of the main reasons I continued with Premium - think I’ll be looking for a refund !! To say I am furious is an under statement.  Why weren’t Premium members advised / consulted about this being withdrawn and more importantly in all my communications with Fitbit Support team, why did they not know about this !!!

Hi, @Dogmum , allowing you've followed the advice in my earlier post may I suggest you check that you have not inadvertently cancelled your consent for Fitbit Data to be used to calculate your readiness score. Touch the readiness tile on your Fitbit app "Today" screen>touch the "settings" gear in the top right corner>check "consent" (it should offer you the option to withdraw the consent if you have granted it)

I'm on android Fitbit app version 3.56.1(20263688) and my "Sense" is on 44.128.6.12 - I continue to get my readiness score.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

@Dogmum

I have given up. Unless Fitbit / Google has something particularly good up their sleeves when they launch their next devices, this is my last Fitbit. The main reason I bought Sense, was to have it all in one device. I knew I had to compromise on for example HR, a belt is more precise than a watch, but acceptable.

Sense main selling points at launch, was ECG readings, support for Google Assistant, EDA scanning, and battery life. They completely “forgot” to tell us that they had not got approval from regulatory authorities in most (all?) European countries. We got ECG in Norway one year after launch. ECG is a medical feature, so to get approval, the device, the app, and the website had to be available in local languages. The moment Fitbit had their approval the Norwegian (NorEnglish Is more precise, AI translated…) Fitbit discontinued the Norwegian website.

Google assistant just did not happen. According to customer service, located in a low cost Eastern European country, google has not launched Assistant in Norway. BS – we have had it since 2018. For the last year we have not been able to call customer service. It is understandable, I am quite sure their staff “learned” Norwegian from Duolingo 😁. Their English was not particularly good either. Besides, when Fitbit says they have Norwegian support, I refuse to speak English or any other language.

EDA scan went out the window with an update last year. Floor count is just hilarious. According to Fitbit I have climbed height meters = 6.8 times Mount Everest in the last 12 months. Fitbit does not acknowledge Sense altimeter does not work.

I have an expensive device, showing time, date, step count, SPO2, HR. But one thing I say for them, battery time is great! 😂

Hi and thanks for your message.
I have done as you suggested - but my consent hadn’t been withdrawn accidentally - but thanks for alerting me to check this .  Readiness hasn’t worked now for weeks and I have just checked and all my historical data has disappeared too😡😡. Any other suggestions ?

Hi, @Dogmum, this is very frustrating for you I'm sure. You do not mention the make or model of the mobile phone you are using, some require particular care Fitbit Supported Devices explains the issues, check you have the minimum O/S on your phone. I also recommend you look at the Fitbit app on your phone and make sure the battery-saving function for the Fitbit app is disabled (Some phones treat it as non-essential and put it to sleep where we need it to be running constantly in the background) clear the cache while you are there.

Did the issue get fixed yet? I was told I am wearing the device too tight. Altered it (even though it wasn’t) with no success. Extremely frustrating! If you have a magic solution, I would be so appreciative. Thanks so much!

I really don’t recommend keeping this.  Will go back to Whoop.   My scores are intermittent like every 3 or 4 days I get a score then nothing.   It’s useless if that’s how this works
