Welcome on board, @kenneth.bischof.

Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, what do you mean by SPL app? Let me explain that the Health Metrics data which includes the SpO2 can be tracked only in select countries. If you're located in one of them, you'll need to install either the SpO2 Tracker app or a SpO2 Clock face designed by Fitbit in order to track this data while you sleep, and sync it to the Fitbit app. To learn more about it, I'd recommend this help article.

Hi @kenneth.bischof  - to avoid confusion,

Firstly it's not necessary to install anything for SpO2 with a Sense.

The latest firmware has an SpO2 tracker app included, only if you deleted it from the the Fitbit App on your phone will you need to install it or an SpO2 clock face, or if you have old firmware. ( Worth checking).

Lastly if the reason for trying to install something is you are not seeing SpO2 information in the Fitbit App, check the conditions required for it to appear, also check in the Today app on your watch to see if it does appear there, as sometimes a glitch can make it not appear in the Fitbit App when it may be working otherwise.

As @SunsetRunner  has mentioned no app icon appears in the watch launch icons as it is not something that can be started.

It should be noted that using either the SpO2 tracker App or Clock face may reduce your time between charges by about 2 days.
