My wife and I both have Fitbit Sense watches and are having this issue. The issue occurred every time the Fitbit syncs. If you change the watchface and then tell it to sync, right after the sync completes you will feel the watch vibrate and the watchface will revert back to the default.

Yep mine also. Clock keeps going back to something I haven't even downloaded and my ECG has disappeared. Tried everything suggested and no go. Seems fixed at times but then changes again on it's on. Tired of working on it. It has to be a glitch which needs fixing hopefully real soon. Annoyed!!

Yes im very annoyed about this also just spent a hour on chat to fitbit resort still not fixed and they just ended chat 4 no reason
Best AnswerNope the SPO2 is gone on the watch. Today app is only showing steps. Period. Also besides the clock changing no matter what I do the ECG has also disappeared. Major screw up and bug. Mine updated a while back but they did something tonight for so many of us having these problems. Annoyed!!
Thanks not the problem.
Best AnswerSame problem here. I have the Fitbit SpO2 Active installed, for months now.
And for some reason last night it keeps changing after each sync.
Tried resetting the watch and the phone, this did not resolve it.
I guess it has something todo with the new version of the app on the phone
Thank you once again. None of that worked. They will just have to fix what they did tonight. Too many things now not working or disappeared. :(((
We should all contact support.
They will not escalate the issue based on posts in the forum alone.
I am chatting with a rep and going through useless troubleshooting steps (i've already done) but that's what needs to happen...
Same problem, repeatedly changing faces on me. Lots of reports today in particular. I'm guessing something changed in the app. My experience is combined with a "Clock error", the phone telling me something failed to install when I open the Clocks section of the fitbit sense section of the app, and the fitbit trying to install something. For me its the SpO2 Active clock. Is everyone else who's having the problem also using the same clock?
I'm already past the escalation phase. But just to provide info so they can solve it. It's most probably an app or backend issue, so it will be a silent fix and we, as users don't have to do anything about it, but for now debugging so they have enough info to solve it.

@SunsetRunner - that's right, only if you contact support will they ever register the bugs that keep appearing.

Same issue over here. Settings are not 'Always on', but spO2 keeps returning to default clock face with apparent easy fix. This started happening to me yesterday. Needs a look from developers.
