Sense SpO2 in Health Metrics tile lags by 1 day

My Sense Sp02 graph is always lagging by 1 day. All the other metrics are correct. What is the cause of this?

Hi All,

Lately, I have been having some issues with SPO2. It skips some days, and when it does record, it's a day behind.  See the image below, wake up on Tuesday, and get Monday's data. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this? Thanks.

Hi @GeraldB88 and @Sparhawk69. It's good to see you here in the forums.

I've moved your posts to this new thread so we can keep our forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshots provided. While this is odd, could you please check if the SpO2 data that appears in the Health Metrics tile matches with the Today app on your Sense? Do you recall since when this started to happen? Also, what is the model of your phone?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your Sense.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync. Wait a few minutes and check your details.

Hope this helps.

For last night my Sense is showing 94% but the Sp02 graph is not updated. Also it is missing data on last Tuesday and Saturday. All other metrics have been updating every night without fail.

I am attaching screenshot of prior exchange of messages with Fitbit on this matter back in March. In that your reply was that Fitbit is aware of the issue. However to date I am still having the same issue 🤦🏻‍:male_sign:

@LizzyFitbit Yes, the SPO2 data in the Health Metric matches the Today app on my sense, just that it lags a day as can be seen from my previous image.

Am using an android phone, this lag happened someone back, day possible a month ago if I recall correctly.

Have followed your instruction from 1 to 5, will monitor if this will happen again after tonight sleep, so report back tomorrow. Thanks.

@LizzyFitbit So, after following your instruction to log off, force quit the app, clear cache, shut down sense, and restart all...This morning, the SPO2 in Today's app and health metric shows the same percentage, but sense still lags a day behind. ☹️
