My sense is recording my steps but not the amount of flights of stairs i have done. I was running around all day, up and down and it only showed 1 flight of stairs. Is there a way to fix this? I'm starting to think I should have stayed with my Versa 2. I also do not have the range that my Versa 2 before it disconnects from my phone, is there a way to further the connection distance?

Hi @CKopp203 - your watch might need cleaning, the pressure sensor hole may be blocked, however try a few things first.
Restart the watch using Shutdown from the Settings menu, at the bottom. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charge to restart and charge it, it may take a few minutes, or push the button.
Install the SimpleFloors app which will show how your watch pressure sensor is behaving or whether you can get a more accurate floor count.
The App shows how your watch is affected by environmental issues such as, going room to room, upstairs/downstairs, inside to outside, changes in temperature, etc.
If the App is not registering pressure changes then the sensor hole could be blocked and needs cleaning delicately, like an ear drum, it can be easily damaged.
This App is only meant for checking purposes as it uses the battery a lot, but at least it will give you an idea if your watch is fine or if it is some other issue.
