Sense Tracking Steps in Sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a brand new 2-day old Sense.  I woke up this morning to it saying I did 6500 steps from 3-3:15 this morning while I was sound asleep!  I tracked driving during that time to get rid of those steps but why would it possibly be able to track that much movement in 15 minutes?  I've restarted the device and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Hi @jschwing, welcome to the community.

Whilst it's normal to get some steps during sleep (moving your arms), this shouldn't really be any more than 100. The amount you recorded suggests there is an issue somewhere.

Have you tried restarting your Sense by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the Fitbit logo)?
