The Sense wallet continues to block the screen functionality when trying to use the watch. If you set up a wallet, it will display the card at various times; if you remove your wallet data, it then hounds you to setup the wallet. This is lazy programming and degrades the functionality of the watch. This needs to be able to be disabled in the settings. The watch is setup to be a useful piece of technology, not an advertisement platform. Fix this Fitbit.
and in general, your watches are superior to what is on the market, too bad your programming doesn't match that superiority.

@bmqbit saying it doesn't work, doesn't give us much to work with.
Where you able to setup pay? If not at what step, and error, did the failure occur.
If setup, any error when trying to pay?

@bmqbit Is you're credit union listed as supported?

If so, I think the list hasn't been updated because I've seen someone mentioned a UK bank is still there and can't add their card.

Kind of a big fail to try to force users to use this app and yet not have a simple toggle button to opt out.

It's a mutual interest thing. The banks need to work with Fitbit if they want to be added. With Samsung, Apple and Google Pay, not much drive for a 4th option, especially with new Pixel watch around the corner that will support Google Pay, but writing is on the wall that this will be sunset.

Unfortunately not an option anymore.
Every 30 seconds or so my fitbit buzzes and asks me to add a card for fitbit pay. I'm annoyed by the notification and scared that if I'm just sitting here and this is popping up, what's it going to go when i actually add a card? Doesn't feel secure in the least to me.
Now i just take the watch off so i don't get buzzed every 30 seconds, which defeats the purpose of having the watch. Maybe time to switch unless this gets fixed and quickly

This Fitbit wallet BS has been driving me insane. After more than a decade with Fitbits, I very nearly tossed the watch and changed to Apple - that is how much it pissed me off.
Here is how to get rid of it as of September 2022:
1. Please note you cannot disable Fitbit pay wallet in the app - you must go to the website Fitbit.com in a browser session to do it.
2. Log in
3. Choose the wristwatch icon on the upper right hand corner of the screen
4. Select your device from the list that pops up.
5. You will see a list of elements - Main Goal, Quick View, etc. Scroll all the way to the bottom to find FitBit Pay. Click on Fitbit Pay and follow the prompts to disable it.
6. Now go to your Fitbit watch. Go to the settings gear icon. Make sure wallet is not selected as one of your shortcut items. Replace it with anything else.
7. Shut your watch down. Let it cool completely.
8. Restart your watch and you will never be irritated by the **ahem**ed Fitbit pay again.

Without a doubt this unwanted feature is irritating a nuisance at the least. I want it off I would not have bought this and will not buy another with this . Why can I not just disable it.

The wallet cannot be removed from the Sense. It is a built-in app and is not listed/cannot be removed. They need a "Don't prompt me again." option.
