I took my watch off and somehow it tracked over 300 active minutes while I was sleeping and it wasn’t even on my wrist?! It messes up my heart rate average and there’s no option to delete erroneous active minutes. Please fix this FitBit.
Best AnswerHello @Shnoodybugg7 and welcome to the Help forums. I haven't tried it, but there is a way to delete zone minutes. Tap on your zone minute icon, then the gear. There is an option to delete zone minutes there.
I'm not positive why this happens, because I wear my Fitbit to sleep. But I take my Fitbit off when I shower. Sometimes the green lights don't turn off. I think it detects something that keeps the light on and it gets mis-detected as a weird heart rate. Are you making sure that the lights turn off when you take it off?
