Sense adding steps when im not moving

My sense is adding 100s sometimes thousands of steps when im sitting still.

I have done the things suggested on the forum like set as dominant and were on non dominant wrist but its still adding steps.

Can fitbit do a software update.?

I had the blaze before I upgraded to the new sense but if this continues I'll be taking it back for a full refund as £299 is a lot for something that don't calculate my steps to within a 100 or so each day

Sorry to hear that your Sense is adding steps while you aren't moving. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution to this issue.

I'm getting the same issue.  Happens sporadically, this morning it added 42k whilst I was hanging out washing, another time 10k when I was driving to the shops.  I'm not sure where to log an issue.  Was yours resolved?
