I have a fitbit sense and
I have been asking for support for months now.
I tried everything that the support team told me to do but nothing helped.
My sense is working OK however the notifications from text and calls just stop working and the only way to get them back is reinstall the app and just for a few hours.
This is extremely disappointing.
Fitbit told me that they will launch a new update soon.
When will this be fixed.?
Best AnswerHI! Must ask if you have turned off the battery saving for the Fitbit app? Huawei is infamous for killing apps with there battery saving system! 🙂
