I just bought my girlfriend a Sense for Christmas. We are unable to get the SpO2 monitor app to download to the device. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no luck. What can I do to get it to work?

Hi @TCS1024 - it would seem the watch did not get properly installed and may have an old firmware.
Normally there is an SpO2 tracker app installed with the more recent versions of the firmware and downloading isn't necessary.
Your watch also has to be syncing properly.
Not sure if running the " Set up a device" will complete the installation process, worth a try, otherwise you can do a factory reset in watch Settings, About Sense, and go through the whole setup again.
You will need to close to the WiFi and only one watch and phone active.
But before you do a factory reset be sure to check the firmware on the watch. If it is already 44.128.5.38 or later a factory reset is not necessary.
