The band on this watch is a piece of junk I've had to change it several times   The band Broke one day and the face of my watch is now cracked but I also have trouble charging the watch I Put it on the charger and nothing happens   I will never purchase this watch again Maybe I'm done purchasing fitbits

Hi @MALONE361 - for the charging issue follow the specific cleaning link and other guidance in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

And if the watch works once charged with the cracked screen make sure to avoid all contact with water.
