Hi there,
Our team has released the new Fitbit iOS App 3.43 version and it should be available for all of you. Please make sure to download it from the App store as this will resolve the battery short life issues experienced on your Sense. Take in mind that this and future Fitbit app versions will require iOS 13.4+.
Hi everyone. Thanks for your continued reports.
Our team is aware of the Sense not holding charge when syncing with iOS devices and they're working to bring a fix as soon as possible. In the meantime, we recommend force quitting the Fitbit app on your iOS devices to prevent the battery from draining when syncing.
I've moved your posts to this thread so we can keep our team informed of this situation. Your patience is truly appreciated and please know your feedback hasn't gone unnoticed.
See you around.

I started having this issue. Changed to 100% at 8pm. This morning at 5:30am my battery is down to 47%. I did a factory reset the day prior as I was having synching issues. I was then prompted to update my firmware. What was loaded was 44.128.4.17. Immediately I noticed a high degree of battery drain after the update. Is there something about this firmware which maybe be causing it? I am using the SP02 watch face and have the Alexa integration active. However this is no different than I had it prior. Is it possible to reverse the firmware running on my sense? This is not acceptable in terms of battery life. I will have to charge it later this afternoon at this rate.
Best AnswerMy Fit Bit Sense battery is dying very quickly. I am either looking for guidance or wondering when Fit Bit is going to recall this watch for not meeting the performance promised?
Hi @HLBD,
Just curious, how long is your battery lasting and do you have notifications turned on?

Best AnswerI have has my fitbit Sense for 6 months with no issue. It has fitbit premium but the standard clock face set to dim and no additional features. The battery is now lasting less than a day after a full charge.

There's a known iOS Fitbit App problem, so probably not a watch problem.
Have a look at these posts it may apply and can help in the mean time.

Best Answer@Teecher Thank you! Your advice of trying a factory reset fixed it. Been going strong for 5 days now.
If anyone is still having this issue, this should be step number 1. If you’ve already tried it make sure to mention it because if it doesn’t work for you that indicate two different issues with battery draining.
If you haven’t tried it, here are the steps… “On your Sense go to Settings, About, Factory Reset.”
Best AnswerI have had my Sense for about a month. It was awesome for the first 3 weeks. I plugged it in on Monday night before I went to bed because it was just about dead after many days. I put it on yesterday morning at 8:45 am and by 10pm, it was DEAD. I plugged it in again overnight and put it back on this morning at 8:45 am and of right now at 12:29 am, I've lost over 50%. So very frustrating to spend so much money for one month of use. My Alta lasted better than this "better" version. I want my money back.....
I only got my sense last week and I’m so disappointed with it, the battery last either a day or a night and then goes completely dead. I’ve had to charge it when I wake up and at night when I get in from work! It’s ridiculous - I don’t have an always on screen and I check the time/my steps maybe 3 times per day so this should NOT be happening. Think I probably have to bring it back
My Sense updated yesterday and now I can’t even get 12 hours out of a charge. Used to get a couple of days!

This is a known issue in the iOS Fitbit App and not a fault with the watch.
Have a look at these posts it may apply or help in the interim.

Best AnswerWith the latest firmware update, the battery isn’t lasting even half a day - 10 hours on full charge. It used to last 5 days before the firmware update. All settings remain same in terms of display, spo2, gps etc
I had the same issue, was told it’s an issue with app. Turned phone off and left it turned it back on after a few minutes, all battery now working fine, But now I can’t get watch to sync with the app at all 🤦🏼:female_sign:
