Hi @Bassinfemail - it looks like there are 2 problems.
For the rapid draining, this is often caused by features such as Snore detection or SpO2 tracker app [and clock face] which can use as much as 4 days battery, see the main things to check in How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
For the broken charge cables, this is quite common but there are tips, such as good cleaning of the 4 holes on the back of the watch and how you manipulate the charge cable, never have it plugged in if the watch is not on it.
