Hi
I recently updated the Fitbit app and my Sense. Since then the battery only lasts for about a day and a half! It used to last for 4-5 days with notifications etc on. I have now switched off everything on the Sense but that has made only a minute difference on the battery life. I am on an iPhone.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Try deleting your Sense on the FitBit app then adding it again. Be sure to sync before doing it. You won't lose any data on the watch. If you don't see a difference, I would factory reset the Sense.

HI @DogzMum - it does seem related to the new firmware but some features were added. Check all the major drainers - See How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

Same battery draining issue with my new Sense. My iPhone 12 and it won’t stay connected, most new features I haven’t gotten a chance to try and battery life is definitely not as good as my Versa 2. I’ve contacted CS and performed all recommendations and nothing has helped. I’m returning the Sense for a full refund. Not sure I’ll stay with a Fitbit or not.

Do you have the always on display on? That cuts the battery nearly in half. Also snore and noise detection doubles the battery use over night.

Thank you for this. I deleted it and re-added it as you suggested and the battery has only decreased by 5% in 11 hours. It looks like it is fixed ❤️.
