My experience has been similar, as a rule I too get three days like you. It's dependent on what apps you are using, also if you have a watch face that pulls your data and displays it or is animated, additionally the GPS draws a lot of power, there is a way to use your phone's GPS. That's off of the top of my head, there are some threads about this in the forums. All of these kind of watches have short battery lives. In my opinion all of these watches need bigger batteries.

Hi @Whizzy2020 - there are 2 main battery drainers, snore detection and SpO2 tracker app which can use as much as 4 days, without them I get nearly 6 days.

Hi there, @Whizzy2020. @rainwind and @Guy_ Thanks for your great help.
@Whizzy2020 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. As our friends mentioned, the battery life will depend on how often certain features are used. If you constantly track SpO2 and GPS, you may have to charge your Sense more often. If you have a Premium subscription, make sure to have the Snore Detect turned off.
That being said, let me recommend trying the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life. If the issue persists even after trying those steps, get in touch with our Support team so they can provide with further assistance. Please click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
