After the latest update, when I scroll down on the main screen, it is just black. It used to show what steps I did etc. Now, nada.

@lablover55 Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.
Please restart your Sense as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerWhat I did was select 'Today' as a short cut when I pressed the button, So now I swipe left and select 'Today' and that gives me my stats.

Best AnswerJust had this issue appear again. It really isn't a big deal, because I can swipe left and click on my today shortcut. Also, pressing on the button for 10 seconds to reboot, does nothing. No reboot...

Best AnswerAfter about 20 minutes, it is okay. No need to contact 'support'.
Best AnswerI realize this is an old post, but I just had the same thing happen. I finally thought to swipe over to SETTINGS and swipe all the way down to SHUT DOWN. I gave it a few minutes and then turned it back on. After the logo showed up and went away, my clockface showed up and the swipe down worked to show weather, core stats, and the rest.
