My screen is black. My fitbit is on I call feel it vibrate when I get a notification but the screen is completely black.

As our last resort, I suggest to perform a factory reset by following these steps:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Hope this does the trick.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerMy screen is completely dark. I've tried to restart and reset but without being able to see the screen, I'm unable to know if I'm accomplishing it. , I know it's working cause it keeps vibrating. How can I get the screen to light up again?
